We offer both virtual and in-person care for most programs. Initial clarity calls and all follow-ups can be done from the comfort of your home. Certain labs or physical services may be done locally when needed - we will walk you through what that would look like.
I don’t prescribe HRT or adjust medications. As a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist, my role is to help you optimise your body’s own hormone function from the inside out—through nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system support, and targeted supplements when appropriate.
If HRT is something you’re considering, I can help you understand the right questions to ask and, when possible, refer you to local or online providers so your medical care and functional support can work together.

We are an out-of-network, membership-style practice so we can spend more time with you and provide a higher-touch experience. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds and may submit superbills to their insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on their plan.
Every body is unique, but many clients notice shifts in sleep, mood, and energy within 4–8 weeks. Deeper hormonal healing and stabilization typically unfold over 3–9 months. We’ll set realistic expectations together based on your starting point and labs and I'll always be honest about what is realistic for you.
My primary specialty is supporting women, but I do work with men in specific cases—most often in a group fertility setting where we’re supporting both partners. For specific cases my BODY method can be extremely supportive for the right individuals.
For male partners, the focus is on improving sperm health, overall vitality, and the factors that influence conception and pregnancy outcomes (like nutrition, stress, and toxin load).
